Formula Chart

Proportional Allocation Mode

When "Total Points During the Duration" is provided:

Your Weighted Contribution = Σ (YT Amount × Multiplier × Days Remaining × Time Weight)

Network Weighted Contribution = Σ (Protocol TVL × Effective Multiplier × Days Remaining)

Your Share = Your Weighted Contribution / Network Weighted Contribution

Your Points = Fixed Network Points × Your Share

TVL-Generated Mode

When "Total Points During the Duration" is empty:

Network Points = Σ (Protocol TVL × Effective Multiplier)

Your Points = Σ (Your YT × Multiplier × Time Weight)

Your Share = Your Points / Network Points

Time Weighting

When time weighting is enabled, early entry days receive more weight in the calculation:

Time Weight = Days Remaining / Duration

Where: Days Remaining = Duration - Current Day

When disabled: Time Weight = 1 (all days are equal)

Airdrop Allocation

Airdrop Tokens = Total Supply × Airdrop Percentage × Your Share

Token Price = FDV / Total Supply

Airdrop Value = Airdrop Tokens × Token Price

ROI = (Airdrop Value - Total Spent) / Total Spent × 100%

Relationship Between Pendle Settings and Point Accruing Holdings

The Pendle Settings page defines the network-wide parameters that determine how points are distributed across the entire protocol. In Simple Mode, you specify the overall Pendle share percentage and base multipliers. This represents the total protocol TVL and how much of it is on Pendle vs. direct staking. In By Tokens Mode, you specify individual token/market configurations with their TVLs on Pendle and direct, plus their respective multipliers. This allows for more granular modeling of different tokens with different point multipliers.

The Point Accruing Holdings page defines your personal positions: your token holdings (which tokens you own), your entry day (when you bought), your multiplier (your personal multiplier for that position), and your average cost (the price you paid).

How They Work Together: The Pendle Settings determine the network's total weighted contribution (denominator in the share calculation), which includes both positions on Pendle and directly staked tokens. In Simple Mode, this is calculated as: Protocol TVL × (Pendle Share × Pendle Multiplier + Direct Share × Direct Multiplier) × Days Remaining. In By Tokens Mode, this includes the weighted contributions from all configured tokens, each with their YT Pendle TVL and Direct TVL components. Your Point Accruing Holdings determine your weighted contribution (numerator in the share calculation). Your share = Your Weighted Contribution / Network Weighted Contribution. In "By Tokens" mode, your holdings must match one of the tokens configured in Pendle Settings (by token name) to be included in the calculation.

TVL Mode Explanations

  • Average (Constant): Total protocol TVL remains constant at the specified average value throughout the duration.
    TVL(t) = TVLaverage
  • Linear: Total protocol TVL grows linearly from initial to final value.
    TVL(t) = TVLinitial + (TVLfinal - TVLinitial) × (t / duration)
  • Exponential: Total protocol TVL grows exponentially from initial to final value.
    TVL(t) = TVLinitial × eln(TVLfinal / TVLinitial) × (t / duration)
  • Logistic: Total protocol TVL follows an S-curve (slow start, rapid growth, then slows down).
    TVL(t) = TVLinitial + (TVLfinal - TVLinitial) / (1 + e-8 × ((t / duration) - 0.5))
  • Up Then Down: Total protocol TVL peaks in the middle, rising then falling.
    If t ≤ 0.5:
      TVL(t) = TVLinitial + (TVLfinal - TVLinitial) × (t / 0.5)
    If t > 0.5:
      TVL(t) = TVLfinal + ((TVLinitial + TVLfinal) / 2 - TVLfinal) × ((t - 0.5) / 0.5)
  • Down Then Up: Total protocol TVL dips in the middle, falling then rising.
    TVLmid = 0.7 × min(TVLinitial, TVLfinal)
    If t ≤ 0.5:
      TVL(t) = TVLinitial + (TVLmid - TVLinitial) × (t / 0.5)
    If t > 0.5:
      TVL(t) = TVLmid + (TVLfinal - TVLmid) × ((t - 0.5) / 0.5)
  • Front Loaded: Total protocol TVL is high early and decays over time.
    TVL(t) = TVLinitial + (TVLfinal - TVLinitial) × (1 - (t / duration)0.7)
  • Back Loaded: Total protocol TVL starts low and grows over time.
    TVL(t) = TVLinitial + (TVLfinal - TVLinitial) × (t / duration)2

Note: In all formulas, t represents the normalized time (0 to 1) over the duration, where t = (day - start_day) / (end_day - start_day)

Token Configurations

About Token Configurations

Each token configuration represents a point-accruing material (token, market, or material) in the protocol. For each token, you specify:

  • TVL YT Pendle: The total value locked of YT tokens on Pendle for this specific token.
  • TVL Direct: The total value locked directly staked on the protocol (not on Pendle) for this token.
  • Multipliers: The points multipliers for positions on Pendle vs. direct staking.

Important Note: When you have multiple related tokens (e.g., yzUSD and syzUSD), the TVL for the base token (e.g., yzUSD) represents only what is not staked. It does not include the staked portion, which should be configured as a separate token (e.g., syzUSD) with its own TVL Direct value.

How to Find TVL of a YT Token on Pendle

To find the TVL of a YT token on Pendle:

  1. Open the YT page on Pendle
  2. Click on "Specs"
  3. Open the YT address on DeBank
  4. DeBank will display the TVL

Price Mode Explanations

  • Linear to Zero: Price decreases linearly from initial price to near zero over the duration.
  • Exponential to Zero: Price decreases exponentially from initial price to near zero over the duration.
  • Stepwise Linear to Zero: Price drops in steps (usually aligned with yield distribution frequency). Price decreases by a fixed amount each step period until reaching zero.
  • Two Phase (Campaign): Price behavior changes at a campaign end day. Before the campaign ends, price follows Pre Mode (flat, slow linear, or slow exponential). At campaign end, price drops by Post Discount percentage. After campaign ends, price follows Post Mode (linear, exponential, or stepwise to zero).
